1. Introduction

2. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not been processed or dispatched.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

3. Cancellation After Shipping

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
However, customers may initiate a return request after delivery, subject to the terms mentioned in the Return Policy.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

In case of successful cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund shall be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Cancellation by Company

The company reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

– Errors in pricing or product information
– Suspected fraudulent transactions
– Any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances
In such cases, the customer shall be notified and a full refund will be processed.
